Weathersfield to vote on reduced budgets at special town meeting

Weathersfield voters will vote on revised budgets for the general fund and highway, as well as two capital expenditures, in a special town meeting on Tuesday, with the goal of balancing service levels, rising costs, voter feedback, and tax impact.
