Articles of note: Two petitioned articles seek to construct a new fire department on the lot where the Chase Tavern Town Offices are located. The first asks voters to accept the sum of $2.1 million for the purpose of building a new Fire Station, with funds to come from the 2026 Community Funding Project by Congressional Grant and be placed into the Fire Department Building Capital Reserve Fund that currently contains $131,000. The second article asks voters to approve the Chase Tavern Town Offices lot as the building site. Neither article is recommended by the Selectboard.

A Unity School District article asks voters to approve an open enrollment program that would allow admittance of non-resident students to Unity Elementary School, but would not allow resident students to enroll in open enrollment programs outside the district.

The proposed Unity School District budget is $4.03 million, down from the budget voters approved last year of $4.05 million.
