LEBANON — The Planning Board is scheduled to hold a public hearing on early plans for a new 260-unit development on Mount Support Road Monday night.
The development, called Marek West, would include three, four-story apartment buildings next to the current Marek South development, which mostly caters to employees of the nearby Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
The two developments are both projects of Hingham, Mass.-based Saxon Partners.
The new complex would also cater to DHMC employees and would share a driveway with its neighbor.
The project would cover about six acres of the 58-acre undeveloped lot at 0 Mount Support Road.
During a conceptual site plan review, applicants can present preliminary plans for a project and seek feedback from the Planning Board. Though the step is required for a development of this size, it is not the same as a formal Planning Board review.
The Planning Board is set to discuss the project at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall.
