Joshua LaClair received a four- to 10-year sentence, according to Assistant Grafton County Prosecutor Paul Fitzgerald.
He ultimately pleaded guilty to one distribution charge and 39 possession charges, all felonies. He also received a separate 7½- to 15-year suspended sentence.
He didn’t give a statement at his plea and sentencing hearing on Tuesday, Fitzgerald said.
LaClair must complete sex offender programming while in New Hampshire State Prison, and he must register as a sex offender.
The indictments tied to his case alleged he had or distributed images that depicted child sexual abuse.
