Lebanon, N.H. —
William was a lifetime resident of the Upper Valley. William worked at the Grafton County Senior Center for many years.
He enjoyed playing cards on Friday nights with his family. He enjoyed spending time with his daughter and grandchildren.
William is predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Prior, father, William Prior, Sr. and sister, Frances Prior.
He is survived by daughter, Felicia Younce; son-in-law, Shaun Younce; three grandchildren; sisters, Erlene Fogg, Sandy Henry, Lorraine Prior, Sherry Prior, and Donna Burnham; one brother, Gary Prior; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 9, in the Prosper Cemetery in Woodstock. Following the graveside service, a gathering will be held at Lebanon Senior Center in Lebanon.
