Claremont — A 40-year-old Claremont mother has pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and failure to report an alleged sexual relationship between her 23-year-old son and a young teenage girl.

Angela Heino was scheduled to be arraigned in Claremont District Court on Monday, but waived her hearing and entered her pleas on paper on Friday.

Heino allegedly provided a 13-year-old girl with alcohol, tobacco and marijuana, according to a Claremont police department news release.

She also allegedly knew that her son, Tyler Robbins, had engaged in sex acts with the girl “and failed to report it to the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families,” according to the release.

Heino faces two misdemeanors: persons required to report and endangering the welfare of a child.

Robbins, 23, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of felonious sexual assault.
