A 19-year-old employee was shot in the leg during the incident, which took place on Monday around 12:30 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing, Lebanon Police Chief Richard Mello said in a Friday news release.
The suspect is believed to be a male in his 20s or 30s, about 5-foot-11 and of average build.
At the time of the incident, he was wearing black shoes, black pants and a black sweatshirt with a red hood or a black sweatshirt over a red sweatshirt, according to the release.
He also may have been wearing a black mask like those typically worn during paintball or motocross.
