Claremont, N.H. — David L. Howland, 65 passed away Thursday Jan. 19, 2017 at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon surrounded by his family. Arrangements are pending with the Ricker Funeral Homes & Crematory of Lebanon & Enfield. A complete obituary will be published in a later edition of the Valley News.
