White River Junction — Police are searching for the man who robbed a Cumberland Farms convenience store at gunpoint on Route 5 early Sunday morning.

An armed man entered the store at 1167 Hartford Ave. around 1 a.m., according to a Hartford police news release. He then held the store clerk at gunpoint, ordered her to fill a bag with cash and left the store on foot with an undisclosed amount of money.

Police say the man was around 5-foot-6, weighed around 180 lbs. and was possibly fair skinned with blue eyes and red hair. He wore a brown hooded jacket, ski mask, gloves, dark pants and sneakers.
