Renee Simino, the current Register of Deeds for Sullivan County, is running again for this position. Renee was Deputy Register for eight years prior to becoming the current Register. For over 25 years, Renee worked for local attorney offices and title companies, utilizing the Registry of Deeds on a daily basis.
The function of the Sullivan County Registry of Deeds is to accurately maintain all documents relative to real estate ownership in Sullivan County, such as deeds, mortgages, liens, etc. Please consider Renee’s background and expertise when voting for Sullivan County Register of Deeds on Nov. 3.
