Henry is right about potatoes, cellphones
I dug up my potatoes and left them unwashed and in the shade for a couple of days, just like Henry Homeyer instructed us to in his Sept. 5 column. Mine have purple skin. I don’t know the name of that variety, but Henry probably does.
Then, I read his nice Sept. 12 letter to the editor about cellphones. Yeah, I don’t have one either.
