A funeral service for Ruby will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 1pm at the Boardway and Cilley Funeral Home in Chelsea, VT. A burial will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Chelsea, VT. The Boardway and Cilley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
