ENFIELD โ€” The Enfield Police Department is seeking the public’s help to identify suspects who damaged road signs, likely using gunfire, late last week on Bog and Lockehaven roads.

The department “is investigating several incidents involving street signs that have been damaged by apparent gunfire,” according to a news release by Enfield Deputy Chief Luke Frye.

The incidents are believed to have taken place around 1 a.m. on March 27 and around 11 p.m. on March 28 near Bear Drive where it intersects with Bog Road and between 2 and 3 a.m. March 28 near Potato Road where it intersects with Lockehaven Road, according to Wednesday’s release.

People who were in the area and “may have observed suspicious activity or vehicles,” are asked to contact Enfield police officer Kayla Boisvert at kboisvert@enfieldnh.gov or 603-632-7501.
