SHARON — Voters agreed to continue to hold Town Meeting at 9 a.m. on the first Tuesday in March during a floor meeting Tuesday. There was consideration given to changing the day or time to improve attendance.

Voters also approved the $2.22 million municipal budget and the $7.25 million school budget. All articles on the school and town warnings passed.

Kevin Gish was re-elected to a three-year term on the Selectboard.

Roughly 12% of Sharon’s 1,325 registered voters cast Australian ballots for town officials, while 7.5% participated in the in-person Town Meeting and 8.5% participated in the in-person School Meeting.
