Innocent children were terrorized and murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012. How old would they be now? Would they be old enough to be at that college where Charlie Kirk was killed? Would they have debated with him?
Guns were not prohibited by Republican legislators in 2012 or anytime afterward. If guns had been restricted, as they are restricted in New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, etc., would Charlie Kirk be alive today? Probably.
I’ll say what many do not have the courage to say. The Pandora’s Box of violence could have been closed, but was not. Do not let Republican leaders throw the blame to others. They could have, should have, made our country safe. They did not! This new body lays at their feet.
