ENFIELD — Construction crews will be paving portions of Route 4 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, leading to delays during commuting hours, according to Enfield police.
Paving will begin in Lebanon Wednesday and work its way east toward Enfield and Canaan, according to the Enfield Police Department. Authorities advised motorists to allow extra time to arrive at their destination.
