Jessica Lemay and David Labrecque were victims of a shooting in Hartford in August 2025, which left Labrecque dead and Lemay seriously injured, and three people are facing charges in connection with the shooting, including Michelle Mullins, who is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
