ENFIELD CENTER, NH — Wallace Wayne Chesley, Jr., age 73, also lovingly known as “Butch,” “Uncle Butch,” “Roundy,” “Roundman,” “Chesta,” “Gramps,” “Eugene,” and “Bunta,” passed away at home on Saturday, August 29, 2020 surrounded by family and friends. He was the son of Wallace & Theresa (Dlhosh) Chesley. Wallace was born on September 1, 1946 in St. Johnsbury, VT.

Wallace had many careers there was really nothing he couldn’t do or drive, he had so many talents. The things he enjoyed the most were hunting and fishing. He was the happiest when he was in the woods with his close friends hunting or on the water fishing. Aside from Hunting and Fishing he loved spending time with his grandson, Ryan, and working out in the shop with him and the nightly phone calls with his grandson, Johnathan.

Wallace is survived by his daughter, Kelly Crate (Donald); grandson, Ryan, who was his world; his two stepsons, Scott Dunham and Todd Dunham; grandchildren, Jonathan, Alicia, Nathen, and Shaena; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and sister, Bonita Collins.

Wallace was preceded in death by this parents, Wallace Chesley, Sr. and Theresa Chesley Brigham; brother, Stephen Chesley; and wife of over 50 years, Sandra Paynotta Chesley.

There will be no calling hours or memorial service for Wallace at this time.
