Martin Luther King Day Talk: โMaking a Kingโ in Thetford

Dartmouth history professor Derrick E. White examines how various organizations have interpreted Kingโs life and work in the decades after his assassination. The talk explores Kingโs sociopolitical philosophy in the months before his death and looks at how organizations such as the Institute of the Black World and the Martin Luther King Center clashed over the activistโs legacy.
