Alex Jasiek’s unassisted goal midway through the third period proved to be the only one of the night, and the Big Green made it stick for a 1-0 win over Colgate at Class of 1965 Arena. Adrian Clark recorded 28 saves for the shutout, his second in a row and third of the campaign.
Jasiek’s sixth goal of the season, at 11:42 of the third stanza, came with the team’s at even strength. The two squads combined for just three minor penalties until the game’s final buzzer, when Colgate’s Bobby McMann drew a slashing minor and game misconduct to cap the contest.
