Plainfield, N.H. — Linda S. West, 69, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018. She was born in 1949 in Hanover, N.H., to the late Leon P. and Opal M. Couture, of White River Junction, Vt. She married the love of her life and best friend, George West V, in 1990.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Robert W. Morancy III (Donna), of Westminster, Vt., and Anthony E. Smith (Kelly), of Hixson, Tenn.; and grandchildren, Robert W. Morancy IV, Hannah R. Morancy, Taylor M. Westfall, Madison M. Morancy, Jonah P. Smith and Molly Kate Smith. She also leaves behind her two sisters, Pauline C. England (Robert) of Milwaukee, Wis., and Carolyn A. Coker (Allen) of Hartland, Vt.

At her request there will be no visiting hours or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, she requests that contributions be made to the Heart to Hand Project, Cornish, N.H., the Norris Cotton Cancer Center, Lebanon, N.H., or the charity of one’s choice.
