Don Elder, of Lyme, N.H. places a cushion in the metal seat of his 1952 Ferguson tractor on Sept. 4, 2018 in Lyme. The tractor belonged to his father. He was about to ted hay in a field along the Connecticut River. As for the cushion Elder said they did not make the tractors very comfortable then.
