An avid animal lover, Norma volunteered at the local animal shelter in addition to the library and Community Memorial Museum of Sutter County. She had varied interests including antiques (buying/selling), family genealogy and history, gardening and growing roses, politics and was a diehard fan of the Red Sox and SF 49ers.

She was a loyal sister, aunt, great aunt and friend and will be remembered and missed for her intellect, wit, compassion, tenacious spirit and sense of humor. Her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts and minds of those were fortunate enough to have known her.

Norma will be laid to rest next to her parents in Lyme. A celebration of her life will be held in the fall in both Calif. and N.H.
