Meanwhile, the tenants who lived in those four units are still residing at area hotels, said Andrew Winter, the executive director of Twin Pines Housing Trust, which owns Crafts Hill.
On Wednesday, Winter said he couldn’t say for sure when the tenants who occupied the three units that were damaged by smoke would be allowed back in. Servepro, a professional cleaning company, was on site on Wednesday cleaning those units.
The unit where the fire started will need significant renovations before anyone can move back in.
The woman who lived in that unit is Adrienna Graham, according to the police log from the dispatch call. Fire officials have said the fire started in the kitchen of Graham’s unit. A neighbor, 24-year-old Devin Isaacs, recalled waking up to Graham pounding on his door and yelling, “My kids, my kids!” Isaacs said in a prior interview.
Isaacs crawled into her burning unit and rescued her two young daughters before bringing two other young children to safety with the help of other residents.
Deputy State Fire Marshall Danielle Cole said this week the matter is under investigation. Lebanon Police Chief Richard Mello said his department is involved.
