Sarasota, Fla. — Pamela G. Alflen, of Sarasota passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 16, 2018.

Pam was born on Dec. 7, 1950, in St. Johnsbury, Vt. to Ralph and Beverly (Johnson) Therrien. She was raised in St. Johnsbury, graduating from St. Johnsbury Academy and Pierce College for Women in East Concord, N.H. After attending college she worked briefly for the St. Johnsbury Trucking Company, and then she became employed at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center where she worked at several different jobs that she so enjoyed until she retired.

Pam enjoyed decorating her home, tending to her flower gardens, shopping, and most of all sharing time with her children, grandchildren and family members. She also fulfilled her dream of retiring to Florida.

Pam is survived by her significant other, Joe Legace of Sarasota; her son, Scott Villeneuve and wife, Cheree Caruso of Wilmington, Vt.; her daughter, Samantha Wilson and husband, Ray of Claremont, N.H. Other survivors include her brothers, Dennis Therrien and wife, Patricia, and Dick Therrien and fiancée, Kathleen; grandchildren, Sean & Ali Villeneuve, Rockledge, Fla., Bradley Villeneuve, Port St. John, Fla., Ryan Villeneuve, Claremont, Harmony Villeneuve and Kameron Wilson, both from Claremeont. She also left behind many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life in honor of Pamela Alflen will be held Sunday, May 6, 2018, at the Enfield Community Building between 1 p.m and 4 p.m.

All are invited to come and share stories with family and friends.
