Norwich, Vt. — Yvonne Josephine Cook, 90, passed away Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018. A graveside service will be announced in the spring. An obituary will be published in a later edition of the Valley News. Arrangements are with the Ricker Funeral Home & Crematory of Lebanon-Enfield.
