Lebanon, N.H. —
She was born May 6, 1927, in Central Falls, R.I., the daughter of Oscar and Bertha (Gaumond) Sevigny.
Before retirement, Lucille was employed as a Pediatric Nurse at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for over 36 years and was a daycare worker and volunteer.
She was a member of the St. Denis Roman Catholic Church in Hanover.
Lucille loved working at DHMC and enjoyed downhill skiing, knitting, sewing, painting with oils and crafts including lampshades.
She is survived by two sisters, Beatrice Paquin of Cumberland, R.I. and Georgette “Didi” Knol of Pawtucket, R.I.; three nephews; two nieces; five grandnephews; six grandnieces; seven great-grandnephews and four great-grandnieces. She was predeceased by one great-grandniece.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Rand-Wilson Funeral Home on School Street in Hanover, N.H
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, Oct. 1, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the St. Denis Catholic Church in Hanover, N.H. Burial will follow at the Pine Knoll Cemetery of Hanover.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Bayada Hospice, 316 Main Street, Unit EH-6, Norwich, VT 05055.
