Kyle Larrabee, of Washington, Vt., was sentenced to serve 60 days in Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield, Vt.
Sonya Lowe, the former dispatcher, pleaded guilty to her role in April, and was sentenced to serve six months on house arrest. Police said she let her boyfriend, Jeremiah Sadler, and Larrabee into restricted areas of the sheriff’s department on more than one occasion, where at least one of them allegedly took prescription medication and other property that was being stored in an evidence room.
Larrabee ultimately pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of unlawful trespass; two additional counts were dismissed by the state.
Sadler’s court case is still pending. He will appear in the White River Junction courthouse on Oct. 2 for a pretrial conference.
