South Royalton, Vt. —
He was born Dec. 20, 1972, in Randolph, Vt. the son of Myron and Elizabeth (Amell) Britch. On July 13, 1996 he married Stacey Rediker of Tunbridge, Vt. They made their home in a few locations of central Vermont before settling in South Royalton.
Josh worked in many professions which included small engine repair, electrical and plumbing before owning his own business, Georege’s Satellite, where he sold and installed satellite TV systems.
He enjoyed racing four-wheelers, driving cars, and tinkering on small engines. He loved helping people by doing things for others.
He is survived by his wife, Stacey Britch, a son, Ethan Britch and a daughter, Sydney Britch all of South Royalton; his father, Myron Britch of Hartland, Vt.; his mother, Elizabeth Britch of South Royalton; grandmothers, Shirley Britch and Jeanette Amell both of South Royalton; two sisters, Mary Britch of South Royalton and Gwendolpyn Ann Britch-Carr and husband, Phil of East Bethel, Vt.; his mother-in-law, Karen Rediker and brother-in-law, Craig Rediker both of South Royalton; a brother-in-law, Brent Morrill of Tunbridge, Vt.; special nieces and nephews, Skylee, Cody and Emma Morrill; Willie Carr; Cameron, Logan and Maille Ediker and several other nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by two grandfathers, William Britch of Tunbridge, Paul Amell of South Royalton and his father-in-law, William Rediker of Tunbridge.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Boardway & Cilley Funeral Home (despite road signs, route 110 South is open to the funeral home), 300 VT RT 110, Chelsea, Vt. A graveside memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the Branch View Cemetery in South Royalton.
