Lebanon, NH — Rita (Fifi) Camp, 87 a long time resident of Lebanon passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with three different types of breast cancer over thirty years. Fifi passed while surrounded by family at her son’s house in Etna, N.H. Fifi was born Nov. 29, 1929 in Lebanon, to the late Felix and Florance McGonis. FiFi the youngest of eleven children was predeceased by brothers; Cleve, Francis, Joseph, Paul, Albert, Clarence, Donald, Richard, Stanley and sister Lucile and daughter-in- law Janice Dutille Camp.

After graduating from Lebanon High, Fifi married and is survived by her high school sweet heart Richard Camp of Lebanon. During their 67 years of marriage, FiFi stayed at home raising their four children and assisting her husband own and manage the Riverdale Store. She was the loving mother to sons, Glenn (Patti) Camp of Vero Beach, Fla., Gary (Denise) Camp of Etna, Bruce (Jacqui) Camp of Lebanon; daughter Janice (Randy) Chapman of Enfield. Fifi is also survived by several grand and great grand-children and her loving and dear friend Peggy McKinney of Lebanon.

Fifi enjoyed life to the fullest, and was exceptionally proud of her family and all of their accomplishments and what life had to offer them. Over the years, she loved going to the ocean and eating lobster and will be remembered for her warm spirt, kindness, charm and her easy going personality. She had a great love of baking deserts, especially her whoppie pies to share with family, friends and neighbors.

At the request of Fifi, there will be no calling hours or graveside services. A celebration of Fifi’s life will be held at a later date.
