Newport — A hearing to revoke the bail of a New Hampshire woman accused in a murder-for-hire plot has been continued again.

Monique Earle is currently hospitalized over preterm labor concerns, according to a motion filed on Thursday in Sullivan Superior Court by her public defenders, Kathryn Polonsky and Lauren Breda.

Earle is 31 weeks pregnant, according to the motion.

The 20-year-old faces charges of conspiracy to commit murder and criminal solicitation to commit murder.

Earle allegedly plotted to kill her then-ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend in November.

Prosecutors have filed a motion to revoke her bail because she has allegedly had repeated contact with her then-ex-boyfriend, Ryan Ramos, whom she has been ordered not to have contact with. The state contends the two now are engaged.

The bail hearing hasn’t yet been rescheduled.
