Joyce A. Bill

Dover, N.H. — Joyce A. Bill of Dover, passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, at her home at Langdon Place. Born Aug. 29, 1925, in Canaan, N.H., she was the daughter of Jesse and Mabel (Elliott) Sweatt. Joyce owned and operated Joy’s Beauty Shop in Enfield, N.H. for many years.

She enjoyed traveling, baking, cake decorating and spending time with her family.

She resided in Milton, N.H. for 47 years before moving to Dover in 2009.

Survivors include her husband, Edgar Bill of Dover; a son, John Bill of Nashua, N.H.; three daughters, Sandra J. Colby and her husband, George of Plympton, Mass., Carla Bill of Concord, N.H. and Susan Bill of Salem, Mass.; three grandchildren, Megan Parker, John & Jesse Bill; and one great-grandson, Orion Donahue.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 28, 2017 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, N.H.
