Lebanon, N.H. — A memorial service celebrating the life of Dominic J. Balestra, M.D., who died on July 29, 2016, will be held Saturday, Oct. 1, at Noon at Turkey Ridge Farm, Lebanon. The service will occur within a tent erected next to the barn across from the residence, 14 Stevens Road. The family invites friends and colleagues to join them in honoring Dr. Balestra.
