Lebanon, N.H. — David W. Hoskinson a resident of Lebanon and volunteer at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Born Sept. 22, 1935 in Queens, N.Y. Passed away Saturday, May 14, 2016, in his home after a brief illness. He was comforted at his passing by his dear companion Annette Houston.

A long-time resident of Hamden, Conn., David moved to New Hampshire after his retirement from The United Illuminating Co. of New Haven, Conn. He was a 1957 graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

David was predeceased in 2011 by his wife Rose Marie Connolly Hoskinson. He is survived by his sisters; Lara Joan and Mary Ann of North Carolina as well as his children Thomas Hoskinson of Canaan, Conn.; Kathleen Chaimberg of Etna, N.H., and James Hoskinson of Silver Spring, Md., as well as five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

No formal funeral or services are planned per his wishes.
