Her great-granddaughter wrote for Mothers day: “Would like to wish the moms in my life a happy Mother’s Day, and an RIP to my great gram who passed this morning, but was truly the matriarch of this family. You were a hell of a lady and I’m going to miss you I’m sure if there is a god you’re up there telling him he’s growing his garden wrong and I love you for that.”

Family and friends are invited to Elizabeth’s graveside service at the Canaan Street Cemetery in Canaan on Saturday, May 14, 2016, at 1 p.m. Arrangements are by the Ricker Funeral Home & Crematory of Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canaan Senior Center or David’s House in Lebanon, N.H.
