Windsor County Vermont Adult Learning, which helps residents further their education and reach employment goals, has extended its hours at its three Upper Valley learning centers.
The White River Junction center — located at 225 Maple St., Suite 6 — will be open on Mondays from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; and Thursdays, 8 a.m.-7 p.m. In Springfield, Vt., — located at 363 River St., Suite 103 — will be open Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Wednesdays 8 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Fridays 8 a.m.-4 p.m. In Windsor — located at 1 Railroad Plaza — will be open Thursdays from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
Each center offers job coaching and searching assistance, work readiness classes, high school completion and GED programs, English language classes and college preparation instruction.
