Amanda Janoo, a 38-year-old Burlington resident, launched her campaign for Vermont governor in Strafford, advocating for policies to address the cost of living in Vermont and criticizing Republican Gov. Phil Scott’s lack of a plan to address federal funding cuts, housing and health care.
