Robert Tulloch, who was sentenced to life in prison for the 2001 murders of two Dartmouth professors, was resentenced to two concurrent sentences of 45 years to life, with the possibility of parole at age 62, following a Supreme Court ruling that mandatory life sentences without parole for juvenile offenders are unconstitutional.
