Sending Satcowitz back to Montpelier
Having been represented by Larry Satcowitz while I lived in Randolph, I am writing to encourage voters to reelect him to the Vermont House of Representatives.
One of the things I appreciated most about living in Randolph was having Larry as my state representative. He is the kind of public servant every community deserves—accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in the people he represents.
Whether it was answering an email, taking the time to talk over the phone, or even meeting for a cup of coffee, Larry always made himself available. He listens carefully, approaches issues with a calm, level-headed, and pragmatic mindset, and treats everyone with respect, even when they disagree.
What always stood out to me was that Larry never made me feel like just another constituent. He took concerns seriously, asked thoughtful questions, and worked to understand issues before forming conclusions. In an era when many people feel disconnected from their elected officials, Larry demonstrates what true public service looks like.
Although I no longer live in Randolph and cannot vote in this election, I remain grateful that Larry was my representative for four years. I hope the voters of Randolph choose to send him back to Montpelier. His integrity, dedication, and deep commitment to his community make him an outstanding representative.
