Support ‘Kip’ for Royalton Selectboard
I am writing today in support of Christopher “Kip” Bergstrom who is running for the three-year open position on the Royalton Selectboard. Kip will offer a new viewpoint for the Selectboard to discuss ways of doing business and community engagement. You may have run into Kip when you are in town. He’s the white-haired man with dark rim glasses engaging people in discussion of what makes Royalton a good community in which to live. He listens to people. He is active in various committees in town and regularly attends Selectboard meetings to get a better feeling in which direction the town is going.
I’m a former long-term member of Royalton’s Selectboard and a firm believer in the need to have diverse backgrounds on a Selectboard to bring together our community and I believe Kip will be an important addition to our Selectboard.
