White River Junction — Gregory McKenney, of White River Junction, and Alison Hunt, of Middlebury, Vt., have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Donald Hunt and Julia Harris, of Middlebury. She is a graduate of Middlebury Union High School, Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. She is employed as a mental health counselor and art therapist with Azimuth Counseling in Essex Junction and Middlebury.

The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Karleen and Gary McKenney, of White River Junction. He graduated from Hartford High School and Norwich University, in Northfield, Vt. He is employed as an engineer at Willis Engineering in Woodstock.

The couple plan a July wedding.
