WEST LEBANON — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation will close one lane of Interstate-89 southbound near Exit 20 in West Lebanon and shutter the Interestate-91 exit 10A northbound ramp in White River Junction from Monday through Wednesday as crews work to complete a multi-year bridge replacement project.
Those who need to take Exit 10A will instead be redirected to I-91 northbound exit 12, then use I-91 southbound to reverse direction and take the I-91 exit 10A southbound ramp to get to I-89, according to the release.
There is a chance construction crews will deploy rolling roadblocks as they work on I-89.
“Traffic will remain in a one lane configuration for the duration of the work and rolling roadblocks may be necessary to complete the work,” according to a department news release. “Road users should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.”
New Hampshire Department of Transportation officials said in July that the roughly $46 million project, which began in 2020, is slated to be completed this fall.
