Lebanon, N.H. — Donel D’cruze, 53, passed away quietly at home on Friday, Nov. 17, 2017, surrounded by his most beloved friends and family after a long battle with cancer. Donel is survived by two beautiful daughters, Dina and Tiffany, his courageous wife of 22 years, Nina, and his three siblings.

Donel was born in Mokama, India to Agnes D’cruze and the late Solomon D’cruze. He moved from his home country to the United States in 2000 where he worked for the IT department of Dartmouth College for nearly twenty years. In addition to his passion for his work, Donel was a man known for his hospitality. He loved grilling over a campfire, listening to Pink Floyd and Dire Straits, and could always fill a room with laughter.

Donel touched the lives of so many other people, and he will always be an inspiration to his friends and family because of the strength and courage he displayed in his battle with leukemia. During this time, he never lost his sense of humor. To those who knew him, Donel was an example of love and service to his community, and he will be dearly missed by many members of the community.
