Lebanon, N.H. — Ellerton Pratt “Felix” Whitney, Jr., 82, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, at Lebanon Center Genesis Healthcare.

Interment to follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Bangor, Maine.
