Petitioned Article 7 of the Hanover Town Warrent: Encourages duplexes to help alleviate the existing housing shortage in all residential zones.
Promotes the development of existing multi-family zoned peoperties on sewer and water which currently provide zero housing units.
Eliminates the introduction of 4 unit multi-family structures on sub-par lots in all existing single family neighborhoods with sewer and water.
Article 7 emphasizes context sensitive development and promotes growth in appropriate areas. Hanover residents, vote yes for Article 7.
