Free Whistles

Many of us wish to protest the activities of ICE. A symbolic and practical way of doing so is to wear, and use if necessary, an “ICE whistle.” The code developed in Minneapolis is three short tweets to note the presence of ICE, and three long tweets to indicate active ICE arrest attempts.

To support this resistance effort, there are 100 free orange “ICE whistles” in the vestibule of the Unitarian-Universalist Congregation of the Upper Valley (UUCUV-320 Rt. 5 South Norwich, VT). Take as many as you can reasonably use and/or distribute. When they’re gone, we’ll get more.
