Articles of note: Town voters will be asked whether they support a $35 million to maintain and upgrade the Woodstock Wastewater Treatment Facility, which will primarily be covered by grants.

Contested races: There are no contested races in the town or village.

Budgets and spending articles: The proposed town budget is $8.84 million, with $7.2 million to come from taxes. Last year, voters approved an $8.35 million town budget. The proposed sewer budget is $1.57 million and the proposed water budget is $900,000. Last year, voters approved a $1.4 million sewer budget and $735,000 water budget.

The proposed Woodstock Village budget is $1.8 million, with $840,000 to be raised by taxes. Last year, voters approved a $1.63 million budget.

When, where and how to vote: The annual Town Meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 28 in the Town Hall Theatre. Ballot voting will take place on Tuesday, March 3, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. also in the theatre.

Ballot voting on village articles will take place on Tuesday, March 17 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the theatre. The in-person village meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m. on March 17.
