WEST HARTFORD — “It’s fix-it day today — nice and sunny,” said Len Hoisington, 81, while replacing pickets on his fence on Wednesday, Nov. 19.
He built the fence 28 years ago to keep his granddaughter away from the road.
“I’ve changed out every piece on here except the posts,” he said.
