WOODSTOCK โ€” The Selectboard has appointed a business owner to fill a seat on the board.

Cliff Johnson, who owns Sleep Woodstock, a motel on West Woodstock Road, will serve until Town Meeting in March.

The Selectboard interviewed six candidates and selected Johnson at its Nov. 10 meeting, according to minutes of the meeting.

Johnson replaces Greg Fullerton, who resigned last month after being hired as the town’s director of public works.
