Secondary accomplishments

John Murphy, of Grantham, made the dean’s list at Northfield Mount Hermon in Gill, Mass., for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Brandon Driver, who graduated from Hartford High School this spring, earned a scholarship from the Vermont Retail and Grocers Association. Driver, of White River Junction, is employed at the Co-op Foodstore in White River Junction and will attend Franklin Pierce University this fall.

Post-secondary graduations

Ethan Michaels, of Quechee, earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah, this spring.

Sierra Sumner, of White River Junction, earned a bachelor’s degree international relations and a minor in business administration from Anglo-American University in Prague this spring.

The following Upper Valley residents earned bachelor’s degrees from Plymouth State University this spring: Haley Gray, Orford, elementary education and youth development, summa cum laude; Olivia Griffin, New London, psychology, summa cum laude; Jaclyn King, Lebanon, art and design, magna cum laude; Nickolaus LeBlanc, Springfield, NH, business administration, cum laude; Abigail McGee, New London, adventure education, cum laude; Sean Moody, Newport, accounting, cum laude; Fiona Nolan, Enfield, criminal justice, cum laude; Kevin Nolan, Plainfield, criminal justice; Abigail Snow, Grantham, social work, summa cum laude; Lexia Stanley, Charlestown, elementary education and youth development; and Kylie Taylor, Orford, allied health sciences, magna cum laude.

Heather Aube, of Canaan, earned a master’s degree in special education from Plymouth State University this spring.

The following Upper Valley residents earned doctorates from Plymouth State University this spring: Arielle Kline, Bradford, Vt., physical therapy; and Melissa Wyman, Hartland, education, learning leadership and community.

Tara Custer, of Plainfield, and Aurore Grzesitza, of Lebanon, earned teacher certification degrees from Plymouth State University this spring.

Post-secondary accomplishments

Jackson Scheele, of Georges Mills, who is studying engineering physics at the University of New Hampshire, earned a scholarship from the Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits Scholarship Program, which benefits children of their employees.
